Jared Peters, 51 at the time, and Cassandra Peters, 4 at the time. By this time, it had been just over 4 years he retired from BLU as an Engineer, and still from time to time wears his pale blue shirts. Cassandra at this age was happy, but still didn't really have a lot of friends, and preferred to watch her grandfather do things around the house.
This picture is them in their back yard, after having a really fun day around town. Sandra has this picture with her, but doesn't usually let people see it. Currently, sandra is a spy at BLU.
